Spain is the second most visited country in the world and I have been there quite a few times on travel. I think once you're in Spain, you can't miss barcelona where you can taste the really beautiful sandy beach and costal del sol where you can enjoy a comfortable sunbath on the beach. In summer you can go to tenerife, it is the summer resort. I love them all. People there are mostly friendly and hospitable and you won't be worried about anything in your travel.

I haven't been to mainland Spain, but did make a trip to the Canary Islands - visited Tenerife, Lanzarote, La Palma, Fuerteventura - had great time, especially as the islands differ considerably from one another.
